Not good but not bad

Pros

They give a good salary to start with, the facilities are quite friendly with staff, there are good people and quite easy to get along with. They provide a shuttle service to the company if you work out of town.

Cons

The work never stops, they don't respect rest hours, people are always thinking about work and there is no space to have a life outside of work. It is frowned upon to take breaks or even finish work at the end of your shift. They don't pay overtime.
