good salary and benefits, most managers are very good

Cons

very long working hours, so respect of personal time. lots of cost cutting and assigning additional responsibility without higher pay. also the new organization structure doesnt allow for as much career growth anymore

Field experience is amazing for first 4 years Committment to safety at workplace Peers/juniors would be supportive and make you feel part of team Good diversity of people

Cons

Management is cut off from field after COVID No salary structure revision for last 12 years Career growth is hindered by petty manegerial egos Work/Life Balance is not there
