Good training, good coworkers and comraderie

Cons

Very long hours. No sleep allowed multiple days at times. Expected to be at shop at 8am then make out to a rig for a job that night. I was told that the days on/off worked 2/1 (2 weeks on, one week off) but then did not receive a day off for a year as a Junior Field Engineer. This was very dishonest.
