Not nearly as flexible as they made them selves out to be, You have almost no control over you career, I don't feel like I have a personnel manager (I have some guy who is lives??? I don't know where) this really gets on my nerves as I don't feel like I have anyone to talk to who is not invested in my career also I feel that if I email him issues you could get out of my control as the email could be circulated if I cold talk to him I would know that my point had been understood (In SLB there are many people with below par understanding of English and might misunderstand an issue).
