You do not get yearly hike.You get hike only in case of promotion. Managers cut variable pay without any reason .Managers who work here from long behave like mafias. For example Data work space SBV manager is a dictator. She has appointed undeserving ex scrum master girl as a lead because she is loyal to her. There are many issues in project due to bad management but they keep on blaming QAs and junior employees. Good thing that I am in dev team. I have seen no QA can work here for more than 1.5 years. PUTC hr is not doing anything to reduce attrition rate in data workspace.
