Great training that you can use at other companies in the future

Cons

You may be let go if you are getting paid too much and they can hire someone cheaper to do your job. Some of the higher mgmt can be a little sexist as far as promoting females over males.

difficult to get international transfer, not clear way of getting company relocate you when want to get more challenging and rewarding assignment
