      Pros

      Managers and colleagues are very nice. Every day said how are you. Then when ask something, they will told you to look for somebody else. At the end of the day, you have to be learn to be independent and find your way to solve the problems.

      Cons

      Some people get good opportunities, others might not. it depends a lot on who is your manager and what project/center you end up with.
