Profit is thier major concern even though management decisions mostly lead to other, No loyalty easy come easy go, worst salary in oil services sector, high turnover rate new face and empty desks

Highly political, Employees have to go a long process and get many approvals to move between which is a requirement to grow. Also e everything is negotiable there are no standard rules!
