Pros

Good pay. Great training and career development opportunities.

Cons

Company unfairly takes advantage of local laws and regulations. Pay for some manufacturing positions in Mexico were so low they could be considered exploitation even though their American counterparts would in the $25usd/hour range. A 48 hour (max legal workweek) would pay less than $100 usd/week so go figure.
