Pros

Decent pay and benefits for this sector. Opportunities to progress early in career if ambitious and prepared to relocate frequently to follow openings.

Cons

Much fewer opportunities after a few years employment, easy to get stuck in a rut in home country. Training past initial scheme could be much better. Until very recently, communication from senior management was poor.
