Pros

Good money and teamwork. Many areas to advance.

Cons

At the end of the day you are just a number, no matter how much effort you put in or how much of your life you devote to them. They have lost sight of the smaller customers and of local control and now seem to only care about the larger contracts/customers and trying to operate a district from three states away.

Pros

Good money, excellent benefits, excellent training, ability to travel

Cons

Most of the management was from other countries causing clicks within the workforce. You have no life outside of Schlumberger (14-16 hour days). Dispatch personnel are young college graduates who know nothing about dispatching, logistics or task management. Management rarely responds if ever to emails to technicians. There is never enough quality work trucks available for the amount of technicians on-hand.
