Pros

They thoroughly train their employees

Cons

underpaid and overworked, unaware what will happen the next day, they can fly you out anywhere, change your segment in a second, or they could tell you to relocate.

Pros

Comprehensive training program, pretty good benefits, lots of room for growth if you don't quit first, international travel.

Cons

Bloated management is incentivised by a bonus program that makes an unpleasant environment for lower level employees. Managers are promoted based on years of experience, not skills managing people. Hours are long and pay is not competitive for <5yr experience. Most field engineers make it a year before quitting. Corporate does nothing for retention. The bottom line and keeping the customer happy is more important than your happiness, safety, or work life balance.

Pros

Benefits and salaries are pretty good

Cons

Do not care employees, treat you like a labor, no much development opportunities. The company has an attitude of service providers in all its culture and way of conduct.
