If you are a fresher, good to work not more than Max first 5 years. No Salary Hike. Too Hard to get promoted - Training and Projects are Mandatory. This becomes the biggest issue after few years because it is linked to salary hike. 3 Months Notice Period. Very hard time while leaving the organization.
