      Pros

      Kind and helpful people do exist within this company, but there are hidden loyalties. Be very careful, and definitely don't trust HR managers.

      Cons

      Beware of legal department at HQ.

      Good training and development programs Plenty of opportunities for international assignment Have (had?) the best equipment (technologies) in the market in most segments

      Silly initiatives no one cares about, least of all clients, that have not delivered top or bottom line results. Many employees are now of the opinion that the company's old meritocratic way of working has evolved into a clique based system dominated by people from one particular part of the world. Erosion of compensation and benefits for all other than those in the clique has significantly eroded the employer brand.
