      Level of technical expertise within the company is impressive people work very hard to obtain the goals set forth by management.

      Cons

      Executive to senior Management culture is indifferent to employee work/life balance. Setting high to impossible expectations and driving towards that goal at all cost is the norm in the Land rig division.

      Well-defined company structure. Good benefits. Great mid-level managers can be found throughout the company. They really help guide you through the red tape if you are interested in career advancement.

      Cons

      Poorly defined career track if coming in as a geologist and not an engineer. Unrelenting pace of work can overwhelm employees to the point of burn-out if they do not set personal limits. The company will work you to the bone if you let them. Everything comes down to monthly deadlines.
