Pros
Out of the box type projects, nice locations, plenty of technical resources that allow for mental growth. Working here is a great spring board for anyone's career.
Cons
Where do i begin? Terrible management, too many upper managers who know nothing about getting the task complete. Band wagon style management system allows people who know nothing about a tool to jump in on the completion phase, say they had a role, and use this as a stepping stone to boost their careers. Mean while the technician, drafters and lead engineer who created the design get shafted, stiffed out of bonuses and "let go" when the economy slows.
