      A Great Place If You Hate Accountability

      Pros

      Decent pay but they will try to skimp Very diverse workforce

      Cons

      Managers are totally incompetent and lack any training. Anybody can become a manager just by asking to be one. Absolutely no accountability at all. Basically doesn't matter when you show up or if you accomplish anything. Tons of overhead in the process, expect to just debate and tinker with things for months, projects take years and years, most are never even released. They hate the cloud and have a zero percent footprint in the open source world. IT is stuck in the 90s.

      Pros

      The pay, vacation time off and offshore experience was interesting. I had the opportunity to travel and had weekends off.

      Cons

      It can take time to progress to the next level, depending on your position and location. It's the oil field, when its good, its good, when its, bad, you're looked at as a number.
