      ability to change jobs around every 3 years; new challenges; promotions; transfers within country and international assignements; diversity;

      Cons

      depending on the position, at times there are too much politics within company; big factor when transferring within company and finding the right job is all about who you know and networking

      Pros

      People used to make good money working for SLB. There is a lot of ways for you to grow inside the company.

      Cons

      Technology company, I worked for them for two years and they had old and crapy equipment. old computers, keyboards and facilities. They treat employees like assets. As soon as they feel something could go wrong they trow their employees into the street.
