      Good overtime pay (17 hours of overtime per week). Freedom to take longer than normal lunches. Lots of safety.

      Cons

      Confusion reigns supreme during this downturn in oil prices. Everyone feels expendable.

      Little opportunity for American white men. Opportunities only for minorities, women, and H1B visa employees. Constant layoffs. No management loyalty to long term employees. Management disdain for IT employees combined with little or no opportunity or longevity.
