      For fresh outs join the company right after college, salary increases in the first three years are very limited. Things get better after.

      Pros

      Many of new parts and several tests gives engineers to learn several industrial standards and test methods. Probably an engineer can not have this opportunity if he/she joined to regular mass production company or small/middle size of any company.

      Cons

      This company has many main procedures which is good since these are made by following ISO9001. Problems are sub-procedures which breaks down into actual rule for each departments. There are many standards and rules among department which has conflict between their procedures. Each department makes their own procedure without checking other related department procedures or following the idea of ISO.
