Pros

Great team of workers on site.

Cons

Since SLB took over MI there have been no pay raises, loss of vacation benefits, cut hours for all plant hands - the real workers. Management is out of touch with what happens in the field. An audit of the Anchorage office would find many people wondering around looking for something to do. Basics such as no food and water on site is left unaddressed and put off so management can get their bonuses for keeping cost down. If the big three who sign the contracts only knew what SLB was up to. They would be surprised at how poorly SLB treats employees and how low morale is. Safety is an issue due to hiring people with no oil field experience and the expecting them to take on tasks that are far beyond their ability.
