Pros

Exciting and dynamic life, especially for young graduates fresh out of college. Exposure to a challenging oil rig environment which builds character and leadership abilities

Cons

Does not care for the employee at all. Expect no personal life at all. Compensation used to be good but has drastically come down over the years. As things stand currently, the money is not worth the amount of hard work and the rough life style the company demands from you. All international trainings have been made virtual. The company tries very hard to cut money from any thing and everything and its first impulse is always to reduce employee benefits. No job security. People get fired routinely at a short notice
