Pros
Great company to start with, lots of training, lots of travel, lots of opportunities to advance your career, especially if ready to move geographically every 2-3 years. Very financially stable company, always plays it safe.
Cons
Lack of communication between departments, lack of unified development strategy, every department makes its own "business decisions" without looking at what others do. At the field level the work/life balance is not so great, they always try to do more with less. Financial stability of the company is primarily achieved by letting people go during tough times. Then they prefer to hire new people and train them again, this circle never ends.
