      Great Training, Multi-culture environment, good teamwork and it is really a good employer to start with if you want a great career in oil and gas.

      Cons

      Mobility is sometimes very depressing if you want to keep a stable life and working at the remote area is also challenging.

      Pros

      Real possibility to develop yourself. Salary is good enough. Fast growing up. You can achieve a lot if work hard enough in such high pressure environment. Company is glad to hire graduates without any experience.

      Cons

      Very hard shifts for new hires 6 by 3 on/of week, which could be easily switched to 8 by 2.
