      Pros

      You are a decision maker from first day (do it right the first time, and always). Schlumberger gives you trainings and trips abroad as part of your growth in your chosen career. As a lady, you are in the best place, as Schlumberger gives you the best working environment and policies that not only make you feel great but also helps you reach the peak of your career without harassments of any kind. I love the multi-cultural atmosphere of every Schlumberger facility!!!

      Cons

      Like every other oil/gas outfit, you must be prepared to miss loads of friends/family get-together times. I did miss my best friend's wedding while on a job offshore (smiles). Getting used to the continuous use of Protective equipment can be part of the fun though it is a pain initially. The best part of the office is you get used to the ''first name'' option the company uses; feels like one family!
