Working in a multinational and multi-cultural environment. Most of the times your job scope is international. All the people and managers, engage you to the values and principles of the company straight away. Proposals are always welcomed. You can progress your career through the structured training schedules and you have unlimited opportunities to work anywhere in the world.

Cons

Work-life balance. Most of the bases and offices are located in small cities.

Very good technical training for your first years based on a fixed training, after the fixed step training courses are still available upon management approval. A truly multicultural environment in some locations. High mobility around the globe.

Cons

To get a management position depends on contacts with senior management. Work/life balance is not good when working with demanding clients. Wireline and well services jobs are very irregular in terms of time working and time off.
