      High base salary but low rig bonus for Drilling& Measurements segment.

      Pros

      Very challenging work and fix step development in early career. Great opportunity to work with people from many different cultures and countries. Have opportunity to work abroad. Training is very high expectation and they train employee to be an expert.

      Cons

      Long time to get promotion and benefit is getting less and less.

      - good carrier opportunities, if you know where to ask for - benefits and money, which depends on what contract you have, - exposure to HiTech tools,

      - values of the company are not the same as they state, - trainings are interesting, but not gives a lot of knowledge, learn more on well site doing job, - some of people overestimated themselves, - if you complaining you will get this what you want, if not nothing will change,

      Cons

      in Schlumberger you will always work under pressure of client and pressure of time and also the hard weather condition in some project, so you need to be patient and able to adapt in such situation.
