Pros
Easy to grow and very strict line of dutties to perform in order accomplish new roles. Very good training, intensive training. A lot of flied experience. They give you responsabilites as soon as you enter the company and the grow pretty fast, which is good for you to understand pretty fast the bussines.
Cons
Poor life balance, poor human side, sometimes the way of treating employees is not the best. Conditions can be very disapointing and you may not have privacy.
