      1) My group had lot of knowledgeable people 2) Great work although incredibly difficult 3) Good Infrastructure probably best in the country 4) Good benefits like accommodation, expense account and chauffeur driven car 5) Quick decision making

      1) Too unfocused 2) Some unsatisfactory little things are present in every company

      hires a lot of young people fun working environment if you get a good boss good pay good benefits

      Cons

      Poor low & mid level management try to advance people that aren't ready to be managers lead to poor results frequent lay offs

      Pros

      Best company to work for. They give employees ownership over their own future and career direction. So much diversity and strength in an International arena. The ability to travel the world and learn business up close cannot be taught in a classroom or textbook.

      Cons

      None. Once you join, its like a big family. The corporate culture is a way of life and very addictive.
