Pros

Interesting projects (in the relatively recent past). An international mix of mostly good and capable people. Reasonable compensation and benefits. Good working environment and relaxed office atmosphere. Nice office and location.

Cons

Very cyclical business in general (not just this company). Takes the first hit at every Oil&Gas industry downturn. Multiple rounds of redundancies in the company since early 2015. Not good for morale. Does not appear to have 'big ideas in the pipeline' for new projects. Does not appear to have a strategy outside of Oil&Gas. Looks like the trend is shifting from long-term perspective towards short-term and immediate shareholder interests. Does not seem capable of retaining young and not-so-young technical people. The stated values are OK, but - in my opinion - the company does not quite 'walk that talk'.

Pros

Endless possibilities for growth, you can as far as you want to go in the company.

Cons

Fluctuating oil market makes for great times and horrible.
