      Currently Lab Manager after installing the lab in Chad, 13 years Experince.

      Till now I still working in Schlumbereger as Lab manager, I had worked in many locations: Aberdeen as training, Uzbakistane in lab installation, Hassi_messaoud as cementing lab supervisor, my first location is SFAX, now Lab manager for Chad as stimulation and Cementing. I had many experience on slb software i-District; SWPS; labdb, CemCADE, WellBook,..

      My new challenge is to change atmopsphere and try production company as lab manager.

      Pros

      Being a dev in a company which is not major in software usually means life balance. Not much high intense work.

      Cons

      The management really loves to get some lovely pet team to work on whatsoever comes into their mind.

      Pros

      I loved the Paris office- the location and surroundings were amazing. The people in my department were very friendly, and the pace of work was relaxed. We had team meetings every morning around the coffee machine with free croissants!

      Cons

      The set up in the office was quite old school- everyone has a separate office. I was only there for a stage, so I'm not sure what promotions were possible etc.
