Speech Language and Educational Associates is an amazing place to work. I feel so lucky to have found a job as a Speech Language Pathologist for this company and have been here for almost six years. There are so many opportunities and endless possibilities for growth. The therapists are all amazing and are happy to share what works for them. The vacation and benefits are wonderful and even though this job can be exhausting and tiring I don't get burnt out... Love the place, love my coworkers, and especially love the clients!

Sometimes need to travel, like all therapy- there can be a lot of paperwork!

Admin was pretty attentive and made efforts to make new employees feel welcome, good training by clinical supervisor.

Cons

Inconsistent hours- once the school year ends, you may not get any hours during the summer. Some supervisors are great, others are not supportive. The vibe really depends on who you're working with.
