      There are currently no good reason I can think of for the company

      Cons

      *Shifts, but allowance will not be properly added to the salary. Must send e-mails every time asking the finance for it. *Worst Managers I've ever seen. Do not even know the basic behaviour with an employee. Treats them like a slave. * Shifting to Devanahalli, a location that is still to be explored by bangalore * No rotation policy *Best place for MLAs because these seniors know politics

      Good Team : It is only on basis of team members will u feel like working in the co otherwise u would run away on day one

      Everything thing seems to be a coin and can't think of anything that is right in the co except some managers
