      Cons

      1. Worst Leadership and Management. All of the managers began their career with SLK only and they don't know the outside world and harass the employees. 2. No work and life balance. 3. This is third graded software company and it kills the employee career if you join as lateral. 4. Not even single policy is useful and no employee benefit. 5. Bad work environment and no professionalism. 6. Never ever seen this kind of a company in my 10 years of employment. 7. Not a great place to work and not advisable to anyone
