Sometime good for fresher who go on their own with out or sometimes lucky

No objectives for employees on which they should work. No appretiation even you work hard Too much lobby among themselves. Managers mostly use less band who dont know what is management. They believe in chmacha giri They make bad accounts out off good.. Drag your leg so that one cant go ahead. Company runs at the mercy of god. One can imagine no ethics is there and one is at the useless management. HR bunch of useless arrogant folks good for nothing. They talk so bad one feel shamefully. They think employees are at the mercy of HR. HR forget that they should help technical people

Cons for Experienced People.No respect,No friendly work culture,Once you entered in SLK world You would not get time for Family not even yourself,Day & Night You can't feel,Some times for customer satisfaction you should have to sacrifice your planned leave,have to come on holidays,weekends,No hike even after your over time,your restless hard working..Only good thing is politics.If you are good in politics then you can achieve many thing.Very worst experience ever I felt in my life time career...

This company is not a company it's SLK Institute of technology ppls come learn and leave they spend 2,3,4 as like they having there M tech , MCA or B.TECH. the management doesnt understand that when there employees has acquired talent by working hard even though they will never give u the hike. If you want to join this company for the sake to learn then go ahead other wise if u r expecting a good salary then u r wasting ur time.
