      1. For freshers, it’s a great opportunity to work and the company provides excellent avenues to enhance learning skills. 2. There is transparency in work processes. 3. The organization fosters a positive work environment and culture. 4. Moreover, SLK actively engages employees in extracurricular activities beyond their regular project or official work. 5. 4. Overall, the experience at SLK is highly rewarding.

      Cons

      1. Food served in the cafeteria still needs improvement. 2. New rule requiring employees to come to the office on Mondays and Fridays each week is something I personally find inconvenient.

      Everything here is a sham! People partners ensure to break the employee employer trust! Highly regressive policies! They boast you could reach out to any one at higher level but you won’t get any response!
