1. Good for fresher as they get more exposure in the projects 2. Good infrastructure 3. Bus facility & cab facility is available 4. Cultural programs and very good 5. Friendly team members

1. Most of the testing is manual 2. Company uses in house automation tool, thus no scope for selenium 3. Long work hours thus no work life balance 4. Poor technology stack 5. Low salary and salary hikes
