      Pros

      Learning technology is good but so much software politics. If you are on bench means they wont provide projects at last they will say you dont have knowledge not clearing interview i will terminate like that Hr will start their own rules. And if you work well also Manager will give bad feedback at last just by small mistake if u miss client call to attend sometime. They won’t value for person hard work and how much contributed to company.

      Cons

      HR department is worst in slk. Their are many people leaving this company because of their software politics. Hr will say to leave when you are on bench instead of giving projects opportunity and Hr department is worst in slk they have change these people otherwise employees will leave many.
