      A bad organization with middle management favoring employees buttering them instead of deserving ones. Full of politics

      Pros

      Job stability. If you are skilled, they will have clients with whom you can find a project where you will be a match.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Bad work environment. Compensation is much below market value. Managers are highly biased towards people who flatter them, providing them promotions and raises instead of those who work hard and deserve it but don't flatter them.
