SLK America is one of the worst companies to work for

Pros

Coworkers are friendly, professional and maintain positive attitude.

Cons

No growth or development opportunities. Senior management is a joke and offshore support is non-existent. No one takes accountability for actions and prefers to pass the buck and kick the can down the road. HR and finance haven’t a clue and exercise questionable legal practices. They are very shady and cheap; some cliches are dead on accurate.

I have you to experience any pros, other than the fact that I'm no longer jobless.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. Bland work environment. No decorations or life on the walls. Many current employees are socially inept, oe just plain weird. Management is very abrasive and unaware and talks to people like they are children. Lifeless culture. Employees are underpaid and overworked. Location sucks.
