Pros

As I joined newly don’t have much thing but one thing I can say that in this organisation management is very poor. Initially they hire me for some client on urgent basis but now they are saying we are looking for project.

Cons

Nothing good until now. Campus is good but it far away from Bangalore town

Pros

Greenary campus, peaceful environment that's all nothing much

Cons

The office is located outside Bangalore, making the commute time-consuming. Due to this, employees end up wasting a significant amount of time traveling. Despite knowing this, the company has made it mandatory to work from the office on Mondays and Fridays. This decision appears intentional, as it disrupts both the start and end of the workweek. While the previous hybrid model was somewhat manageable, the new policy has made things more difficult. Additionally, since the office is in a remote location, finding cabs other than those provided by the company is nearly impossible. This is one of the main reasons employees are leaving the organization. People interact here by calling their manager "Sir", In my entire IT career I never called Sir anybody, this kind of culture i didn't like. Sounds like government culture with no benifits.
