Good place to ruin your career

No work is there..so if u have lot of money u can enjoy here..good place if u come from call centre..u will find lots of call centre guys in maneger position

Cons

No future for employees..they dont work on any good technology..just level 1 support projects all around..very few projects are there..they are not able to get any new projects in last 10 years..engineers are put into process work and bsc/bcom/bca are in positions like manager..full of bench and still they are recruiting..once u come from a company like IBM.u have to leave in 1 or2 months as no work is there only filling timesheet and other exceel sheet work..no real software work...engineer please keep away unless a fake one..good for fake as there is no background check..while recruiting they will tell lot of software work is there but u have to make few calls and update in exceel sheet..they have a rule that u cant bring mobile in office..so u can imagine what u have to go throug in this company

I do not find much interesting facts that can be shared as Pros for this company. I could only find Cons that could be shared.

Cons

People already working here for loooong do not want to share anything with new joinees, even when new joinees are experienced. Some of the Management people think that all their subordinates are slaves. Slaves do not have any say, they need to just obey their bosses.
