      - Good company to start with - Flexible, friendly people - Heart of the city - Lots of stuff to learn - Very organized, everything from finance team to IT is very reachable - Decent hikes

      - Stressful - Very few clients - Client dependent and too much client oriented - Loads of restrictions

      there is nothing much here.

      Cons

      freshers - have contract for two years. most of the freshers are fed up with the company in less than year. they are just not showing it . for experienced.. lot of work for experienced with less pay and hike. they want to make money from employees from customers. management is poor in making correct decisions. they just go with what customers say. even if employee has problem they are not bothered. they force little bit. There is HR team which favours only those who are exceptional with customers and they are not bothered what other employees are telling. If you are in bench - 2 months only after that lay off. It happened to many here. They have very few projects. not a big company like tcs,hcl,infosys and others..
