      The Senior management always with smiliing face. Human centric ... catch the right person and manage your need. No need Technical/Business knowledge .... use JARGONs .... you are super-person.

      Purely Owner centric ... No / very less process orriented company. Leads / managers should know how to appreciate team ... not only individuals. Endless list of Cons ....

      For all the lazy goes there, you can go on vacation by getting here, on the cost of your credibility

      1. No work life balance 2. Septic Leadership qualities 3. Poor Remuneration. 4. You don't know, when you would be fired, even if you are a regular and billed resource. 5. HR Management is at its worst. Interestingly, there is huge head count of HR's but still employees are poorly utilized and managed. 6. Native influence of the Managers, is experienced strongly
