Medium sized organization, so one will get more exposure and so opportunities. Best working environments, supportive team members, really awesome people to work with. So much time flexibilities. Rapid growth.

Cons

For freshers salary may be the concern. Otherwise good at everything.

The Senior management always with smiliing face. Human centric ... catch the right person and manage your need. No need Technical/Business knowledge .... use JARGONs .... you are super-person.

Purely Owner centric ... No / very less process orriented company. Leads / managers should know how to appreciate team ... not only individuals. Endless list of Cons ....

Nice People to work with Good for only freshers Good Infrastructure Scope for self improvement through only self learning (Improve your self confidence)but, no training from company

Cons

Limited exposure Bad salaries and not good HR System A big gap with management and engineers No opportunities to change technologies Performance evaluation is a nonsense. Beg more and get more. No possibility for Self Respect Regional Languages mostly used
