Challenging work Many projects use new techs As it is a small company recognition is good many paid leaves as compared to many other companies chances of going up in ladder is much more bunch of genius ppl around. there r ppl u find, who knows almost all of their tech field. n they r more in nos. internal hikes r far better than many of big companies

Cons

on average work life balance is not good you may end up getting into a project which is kind of legacy and running from long time n will not get proper learning in some cases salary not good as compared to most of MNCs
