Everything is bad! Management, HRs, projects, opportunities, money, personally or professionally no growth. They say no hierarchy, but they have cubicles and closed door chambers. They say transparency in appraisal, but even with excellent written review comments, they can get a zero percent hike. Not worth wasting time here and working at this place. Spend the same amount of time elsewhere, will be happy and will have more and worthy exposure and a well deserved growth.

I was getting good experience when I was in development team, due to unavailability of the project I had to move to testing team, since I was a fresher I could not ask for choice. My testing experience was very bad starting from a team called VPS (the former lead in this team doesn't deserve to be a lead) and ending in a team called DWBI (the lead in this team has been brain washed by a senior member) each moment was so bad. I might fall in short of words to explain what all I went through. Too much internal politics 'cheap politics' which will gradually make breathing also difficult especially if you don't know how to butter the higher management.
