Pros
Flexible in work timings only if your manager is OK with it. Nothing else
Cons
Lots are there will list few. 1. Will promise something and finally makes you fool. 2. Learning experience is very very less and they will use freshers only for billing purpose. 3. CTC is not even 50% of the industry standards. 4. Will hire for something and make you to work something else. 5. Over night asks you to work from another office which is 12KM away and will not provide cab as well. 6. Dress code - have to were formals daily even if you are in bench. 7. HR will never responds to your mail.
