Pros
It is good to start your career and gain basic knowledge about Software Industries. Also does good team bounding activities. Environment is good and all top level management have smiling face to all employees.
Cons
Salary given to freshers is less compared to other small companies as well. English should be must for all employees. Top level management believes only what feedback they get from leads they dont bother to get it clarify with employees who have given their few years to their company.
