Wonderful people, great environment, great place to learn the things. Ideal place for a freshers to work for.

Cons

Worst management, no transparency btn employee and higher management. You find only Freshers @ offshore and all 8-10 Years experienced people are sitting at on-site, and they never come back. Very less compensation compared to IT market.

This company is not a company it's SLK Institute of technology ppls come learn and leave they spend 2,3,4 as like they having there M tech , MCA or B.TECH. the management doesnt understand that when there employees has acquired talent by working hard even though they will never give u the hike. If you want to join this company for the sake to learn then go ahead other wise if u r expecting a good salary then u r wasting ur time.
